Flexible elements for device and mechanical engineering

We supply valve spindle bellows with high pressure resistance (up to 600 bar), leak tightness, motion absorption and long service life for the valve-gear industry. These are available made of special materials, such as Hastelloy, Inconel or Incoloy as well. On request, we also validate the performance of our components through load cycle tests under operating conditions.

We manufacture components for production plants in the semi-conductor industry in clean rooms specially created for this purpose. The gas-tight metal bellows, diaphragm bellows and flexible metal hoses produced under the highest conditions of cleanliness, secure the function of complex production plants in the clean rooms of electronic producers.

Standard expansion joints and flexible metal hoses are here used as series components. They absorb vibrations and unit movements and decouple these from the pipeline system. The flexible elements used here have a long lifespan. Depending on how they are used, they can be supplied with flanged connections or welded connections.
